Clausing Lathe Forum, I believe this was one of the last lathes built under the Clausing brand before Atlas bought the company. You probably won't find too many PMs in place of it or another of similar quality. Its from around 1977. I work on a Clausing 13 x 36. We use a 8051 Clausing geared head lathe and recently a guy let a workpiece go that got hammered between the three jaw chuck and the ways. I have an opportunity to buy this Clausing lathe from a older gentleman, but am unable to find a model number Long time lurker, first time poster.
